The spacious property offers practical, tasteful accommodation for family gatherings or groups of friends choosing an idyllic getaway, yet is located only a 10-minute drive to the nearest town & within 12 miles of glorious, sandy beaches.

Relax on the large comfortable sofas in the beamed sitting room, with full-length patio window, which brings the beautiful river views right into the room. Unwind in the glow of the cosy wood burner on chillier evenings.

The welcoming, well-equipped, beamed, spacious kitchen with quarry tile floor, high-quality pine units and large cooking range will inspire any budding chef, who doesn't have to cook alone, as the family can enjoy a glass of wine & a chat at the bistro table overlooking the river.

The well-appointed bedrooms promise a hushed night's sleep, decorated in natural tones, with comfortable mattresses and white quality linen, all enjoying river views. Spend precious holiday time on the raised deck of the master bedroom.

The front area has large gravelled sections atop a stone sea wall. Ample parking. BBQ.

Short Breaks welcomed all year, excluding Peak & Summer weeks

Pets 1 dog welcome @ 25 per week. (Please ensure your dog remains on the ground floor & is washed down if very muddy, thank you, Dog towels & bowls provided.)

Heating Charge inclusive from May - September, 40 per week from October - April. Starter pack of logs included in winter months
