No bedroom furniture or bedside lamps. Living room totally different to images shown on listing leather settees replaced with old 1970's style 3 piece suite. All light fittings replaced no coffee table no visitors book or cottage information manual. Views were nice but definitely not value for money in current condition

Comfy beds and everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Fabulous welcome pack of goodies. Lovely little quiet site, well maintained. Great base for lots of exploring or just taking time out relaxing and watching a myriad of wildlife (even binoculars and torches provided). Would definately recommend Brookside Lodge.

Lodge is fantastic, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Wonderful welcome pack. We had a very enjoyable stay. The pub on site serves excellent food, and has friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
