Guests say

Awel Deg is a well-received cottage in Newport, praised for its cleanliness, exceptional facilities, and comfort. Guests appreciate the large garden, modern kitchen, and the property's proximity to local amenities. The welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful touches, such as bubbles on arrival, contribute to its charm, although such gifts are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Reviewers consistently mention the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'immaculate' and 'very clean', indicating a high standard maintained throughout.

The cottage's location is frequently highlighted as convenient, being close to village shops, pubs, and offering easy access to walks, suggesting a very desirable setting.

Guests find the property comfortable, noting the cosy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms, which cater to a relaxing stay.

Facilities are highly rated, with special mentions of the kitchen and garden furniture. One suggestion for improvement was a proper mop and bucket, but overall, the facilities meet guests' needs well.

While guests express appreciation for the bubbles on arrival, as a gesture of thoughtfulness, there are not enough references to other thoughtful touches to accurately score this category. It's important to note that such gifts are not guaranteed.
