This gorgeous home is ideal for families with a travel cot, highchair and stairgate and all the home comforts you could need for a self-catering break. Driving up to this cottage you can appreciate the character with its gable roof, large windows and charming stone walls. Turn the handle and discover your peaceful retreat, the open-plan living kitchen and dining room, are stylish and harmoniously designed with exposed beams and electric fire, bringing warmth to this space. There is plenty of seating for watching family films or eating a home-cooked favourite in the formal dining area. The kitchen is stacked with equipment, such as a coffee machine, to fuel you for your day of adventure. There is a ground-floor king that is tastefully decorated and a wet room, which is ideal for those with limited mobility. Down a few steps, you will find the rest of the bedrooms, a king with an en-suite, a snug twin room and some bunk beds; there is also a family bathroom with a luxury freestanding bath. Outside provides pleasing views, you can throw some burgers on the barbecue and eat at the bench, or have some drinks on the sun lounges. The highlight of this cottage is the hot tub, which is elegantly elevated and provides a blissful landscape of the nearby water. If you can pull yourself away from this appealing abode, then step inside a bubble and let the adventure begin with some zorbing at Heatherton World of Activities, you can lap around the track in the go-karts, cruise in the bumper boats, or hit the targets with some pistol shooting. Carew Castle & Tidal Mill is a great place to take a mindful stroll; the water mill provides pleasant scenery, and you can try some archery or sip some refreshments in the tearoom. Pembroke Dock, also named Doc Penfro in Welsh, is a beautiful town just northwest of the centre of Pembroke with the babbling River Cleddau flowing through. The town holds historic facets with the construction of the Royal Navy Dockyard dating back to the 1800s, generating the popularity and expansion of this wonderful community, with a higher population than Pembroke itself, the town boasts a wide selection of pubs, restaurants, convenience stores, parks, a train station, heritage centre, and a spectacular dockyard. A journey over the Cledday Bridge takes you over to the charming town of Neyland, home to several sporting clubs including Neyland Cricket Club, Neyland RFC, Neyland AFC, and a popular yacht club by the marina. Just down the road is Pembroke town centre, a thriving tourist spot where you can discover the ruins of Henry VII's birthplace and find easy access to discover Pembrokeshire's best attractions, delight in watersports like surfing and rowing, stroll around West Angle Bay, or sample a local lobster lunch at Freshwater West beach's street food stall, Café Mor.
