Guests frequently praise the cottage's idyllic location, charming character, and secure garden, ideal for dogs. The welcome pack is often appreciated, and the proximity to beaches and local amenities is highlighted. Some guests mention the need for updates and maintenance, but the overall sentiment is positive, with many planning return visits.
Most reviews describe the cottage as clean, with spotless linen and a tidy environment. However, a few guests noted issues with dog hairs and a clogged vacuum, suggesting room for improvement in pet-related cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for its tranquillity, proximity to beaches, scenic walks, and local amenities like pubs and cafes. Its accessibility to coastal paths and natural beauty spots makes it a standout feature.
The cottage is generally found to be cosy and comfortable, especially for smaller groups. Some guests feel the seating is limited for larger parties, and a few mentioned the need for better heating and softer lighting to enhance comfort.
Facilities are well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and secure garden. However, there are comments about maintenance issues such as rickety chairs, outdated decor, and the need for sharper knives, suggesting some areas need attention.
The welcome pack is frequently mentioned and appreciated, indicating a high level of thoughtfulness from the hosts. While these gestures are warmly received, it's noted that such offerings may vary and are a delightful bonus rather than a guarantee.

Beautiful area. Really enjoyed our stay. The beach and lily ponds were very easily reached on foot and were great for us and our whippets. Local pub 2 minutes walk.

This cottage has the most wonderful atmosphere. Always clean and tidy, beds comfortable and clean. Its good to have a TV in the lounge and one in the bedroom and of course WFI.. Welcome pack always a bonus. Our little dog loves the large garden ,home from home as well for her. We have booked for 2025 already as we wouldn't want to miss our yearly visit to Bosherton. Always bless the day we found this place.

Blind in bedroom stuck up with Elephant tape. Broken bedside cabinet trim. Property does have a damp issue but didn't put us off. Would be good to have the garden umbrella reinstated as it was very hot and no shade in garden so limited time that could be spent outside which was a shame as garden is best feature of property. Appreciated the welcome pack.
