Part of an exclusive development overlooking Tenby town and the sea beyond, and just moment's away from the town and beaches with use of the adjacent private swimming pool, is this wonderful four-bedroom property, 22 Giltar House. Set over three floors and offering fine coastal vistas, this luxurious property offers a fabulous stay for families or groups of friends looking to experience the attractions of South Wales. Upon arrival, two dedicated off-road parking spaces will greet you, along with additional Guest spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Enter through the front door into the hallway before discovering the first two bedrooms, a double and twin, both serviced by a refreshing shower room with contemporary fixtures and fittings. On this level there is also an additional double room with Smart TV and a contemporary en-suite shower room, plus French doors leading out to a South-facing seating area. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with washer/dryer and drinks fridge, handy for storing your beverages for when you soak up the sun in the outside areas. The private rear outdoor area has space for eating and socialising, whilst sat amongst mature planting. On the first floor, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, finished in a light grey overtone and wonderfully appointed with all the necessary appliances for your stay, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and even a dishwasher, so you won’t have to lift a finger when cleaning up! Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining room, furnished with a grand dining table and soft chairs, making it an excellent spot to enjoy the company of each other. Tenby is part of the 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, where the Gulf Stream warms the water and the county is one of the sunniest in the United Kingdom. This lovely town is surrounded by mediaeval walls and has a maze of cobblestone alleys with a variety of unique stores, an indoor locally sourced food market, tea rooms, and delicious eateries. Almost three miles of stunning, Blue Flag-awarded beaches provide a variety of watersports, whilst walkers and cyclists can enjoy the local flora and fauna on the coastal paths, something the competitors of the world-renowned Tenby Iron-Man contest (held in mid-September) haven’t time for! A boat excursion to Caldey Island is recommended to appreciate the monastery's beauty and tranquilly, as well as seal and puffin sightings along the way!     We didn’t use the gym/pool facilities but they looked good. We would definitely rebook. Our only (minor) issues were that there was a bit of dust around and under the beds and sofas in the loft, plus although it was very kind to provide what seemed like new M&S towels, it felt like they should have been washed first since they were worse than useless on the absorbency front!! But as I said, these were small issues and didn’t detract from our stay. A big thank you from us all!!
