The Coach House in Tenby has received mixed feedback. Guests have praised its comfortable furnishings, excellent location near beautiful beaches, and the added bonus of a swimming pool. The property is described as clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a charming village and good local pub nearby. However, some guests reported issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and facilities such as the digital cooker and TV signal.
Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with some guests finding the cottage spotless and others reporting dust and poorly cleaned areas. The positive remarks suggest good standards, but the negative experiences have impacted the score.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to glorious beaches, a charming village, and local amenities. The scenic surroundings and easy access to attractions contribute to a high score.
Guests have found the cottage comfortable, mentioning a snuggly bed and comfy furniture. However, some issues with heating and a problematic hob have led to a slightly reduced score.
Facilities like the swimming pool and well-equipped kitchen are appreciated, but problems with the digital cooker, TV signal, and Wi-Fi reliability have led to a moderate score.
While guests have mentioned the presence of diffusing sticks and a well-maintained garden, there is no explicit mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

Nice cottage but the hob difficult didnât respond to finger touch (Iâve since been told you need to rub your finger on your clothes to warm it up first ) also advertised free sat on tv but not available (complaints in guest book from other holiday makers on this issue) TV kept losing signal this happened multiple times during the week Small things but frustrating on our âget away from it all â break I will book with Sykes but not the coach house

The hot water was scolding hot, bathroom sink drained very slow and the TV wasnât tuned in so we couldnât watch live TV all week(we did try to tune it but it wouldnât work) WiFi was unreliable at times so even watching catch up TV was frustrating. We had no response from the owners despite trying to contact them via your app, we even raised the issue on our day of arrival.

Ideal for us and our 2 dogs. It was clean, well presented, comfortable, well equipped, well maintained and had all we needed for a week touring around that area of Pembrokeshire. The bed was super comfortable and the decor fresh and tasteful. We enjoyed having the use of the swimming pool too and the gardens and grounds well maintained. Everybody on the site was very nice and friendly.
