Guests consistently praise Mynydd Y Glyn Lodge for its immaculate condition, stunning views, and tranquil setting. The lodge's high-quality furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches, such as welcome packs, contribute to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Reviewers are unanimous in their appreciation of the lodge's cleanliness, often describing it as spotless and immaculate. The high standard of cleanliness contributes significantly to the overall positive experience.
The lodge's location is highly praised for its beautiful, peaceful, and remote setting with breathtaking views. Guests appreciate the tranquility and the proximity to nature, although the remote aspect may not suit everyone.
Comfort is a standout feature, with guests noting the cosy feel, quality furnishings, and comfortable beds. The lodge's spaciousness and the relaxing hot tub also enhance the comfort level.
Facilities are well-regarded, with the lodge being well-equipped for guests' needs. The utility room, secure garden, and hot tub are particularly appreciated. The mention of EV charging suggests maintenance is up-to-date, although one comment about grass needing cutting slightly impacts the score.
The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident in the welcome packs and the provision of items for both human and canine guests. While these gestures are highly valued, it is politely noted that such gifts, though common, are not guaranteed.

Surrounded by the most beautiful views, this place was the perfect spot for a much needed peaceful week away. The lodge itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, with a very cosy feel. The fully equipped kitchen was ideal for preparing meals & the beds were very comfy! We enjoyed sitting at the breakfast bar in the morning & looking out at the snowy landscape which we were so very lucky to experience. The hot tub is also a standout feature & very relaxing of an evening. The location was more than ideal for us & plenty of space to let our dog roam; it was nice to know she was safe and secure. Carole & Ian were incredibly welcoming, providing detailed instructions for the lodge and thoughtful touches like a basket of local goodies, including Welsh cakes, bread, milk & tea on arrival. There was also a welcome basket for our dog, which came very handy! Itâs clear they take great pride in offering guests an unforgettable experience. We loved every minute of our stay & hope to return back some time in the future!

Itâs got a gorgeous view surrounding the lodge. The lodge was absolutely immaculate when we arrived and the kitchen was well supplied. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Carole and Ian
