A very enjoyable week in The Annexe. It has everything you need to have a good holiday. We did a lot of travelling to various towns and had some nice meals locally. One to recommend for Sunday Lunch is the Horse and Jockey at Church Stoke, the next village. Pub looks nothing from the outside (or inside) but the meal was one of the best we’ve had and very much value for money. Couple of things to note - the turning up to the Annexe is the SECOND one, the first goes to Marrington Hall. Also, the stairs are very steep, if you have mobility issues or an old dog, you may have difficulty.

Beautiful setting lovely walks we saw lots of native species we had not encountered before the accommodation was almost perfect just a lack of dishwasher would be the only negative
