When it's time to retire for the night, choose from two spacious bedrooms. The first is a king-size room, which can be converted into a twin on request, boasting stunning countryside views. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, a Smart TV for those lazy mornings, and a single sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The property also benefits from a contemporary shower room, fitted with a walk-in shower, providing a refreshing space to prepare for the day ahead. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed courtyard complete with patio and furniture, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, soaking up the serene Welsh surroundings. Begin your day with a scenic journey on the Bala Lake Railway, departing from Bala (Pen-y-Bont) Station just a short walk away; its miniature steam trains will transport you across the largest natural lake in Wales, LLYN TEGID Bala Lake. The bustling market town of Bala lies within the beautiful Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and is located at the head of Llyn Tegid, Bala’s famous lake, which is the largest natural lake in Wales and home to a unique fish called the Gwyniad, a relic of the Ice Age. Renowned as a centre for great watersports including fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and whitewater rafting, Bala is also the headquarters of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway. The town itself is steeped in history and has a range of interesting shops, inns and restaurants, and an historical Town Walk. Surrounded by the wonderful Berwyn Mountains on one side and the beautiful Eryri (Snowdonia) Mountain Range on the other, this is a mecca for climbing, walking, mountain biking and many other outdoor activities. An ideal location for touring all of North and Mid Wales including the stunning Cambrian Bay Coast with the six-mile long Harlech Beach, overlooked by its majestic medieval castle.
