In easy reach of the coast as well as all of the beauty of Snowdonia National Park, this all-ground-floor dwelling is the ideal home-from-home at any time of year. Entering into the cottage you will find the pleasant kitchen/living room, sure to be the heart of your holiday home, here you can let the warmth of the woodburning stove fill the room whilst the electric cooker assists you in preparing a delicious treat for you and your loved ones; with the kitchen at one end holding all the essentials including an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, this cottage holds everything you could need to make your holiday a breeze, and at the other end you can find the sitting area, making a delightful spot to sit and unwind in front of the television. Moving through the cottage you can find the dining area sitting within the kitchen, making it an extremity convenient spot for all of your mealtimes with your loved ones amidst. At the end of the day the two well-presented bedrooms offer a snug spot to rest your head in the form of a double with its own en-suite shower room and a separate twin room with zip/link features, being a super-king-size upon request and serviced by the gleaming bathroom. To the rear of the property you can find your own private garden where you can soak in the sun as your canine companions play on the lawn and you indulge in some alfresco dining when you're not exploring the delicious eateries nearby. The village of Waunfawr is perfect for exploring by foot, and with its own micro-brewery and award-winning pub, it's a wonderful spot for an afternoon ramble. In close reach of Snowdonia National Park, you can find adventure on your doorstep in the form of walking, climbing, horse riding, watersports and more, providing something for every type of adventurer. Spend a day in Caernarfon exploring its historic castle on a riverside walk, or venture on the Isle of Anglesey for even more rich history and heritage and even ferry trips over to Ireland! Y Buarth is a wonderful cottage for a relaxing break to the coast of Wales.

Waunfawr can be found sitting just outside of the Snowdonia National Park. With its name translating to "large moorland", you can expect to find a plethora of natural lands to explore by foot, bike or even horseback. The village hosts its own microbrewery and award-winning pub, as well as a local shop for last-minute essentials. Close by is Caernarfon, perfect for a traditional trip to the coast, as well as providing easy access to the beauty of the Isle of Anglesey.
