The thoughtfulness of the host is evident through mentions of welcome gifts such as cake and milk. While these gestures are greatly appreciated by guests, it's important to note that such personal touches, though common, are not guaranteed.

You can park on the next street but only for 2 hours during the daytime. Stairs in the cottage are really steep but there is a bannister, though the toilet is downstairs. Quiet street, even though you're in the town centre. Central heating is super efficient and plenty of storage. Could do with some new pillows as they're a bit flat.

Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work after the first day which was a problem as we both required it for work on several occasions.
