Venture into the kitchen/diner, where you can prepare meals with a range of state-of-the-art appliances, before gathering around the dining table, perfect for planning your itinerary. If you'd prefer an alfresco affair, discover the rear multi-level patio area with dining space, before returning indoors for an indulgent bath in the sleek bathroom; upon the first floor you'll also locate a king-size bedroom with Smart TV and en-suite, and a further king-size, both well-presented with stylish accessories. There are several local businesses, a variety of pubs, a restaurant, a fish and chip store, a spar, and other establishments in this village. The bigger coastal town of Porthmadog, which offers a wider range of amenities to satisfy all needs, is only one mile away. Additionally, visitors can utilise Tremadog as a base to explore miles of countryside, including Wales' tallest mountain, woodlands, beaches, and locations steeped in endearing history, as the community sits on the edge of the renowned Snowdonia National Park. The seaside town of Harlech lies further away. Here, you may stroll down the beach, see the majestic mediaeval castle, or sit in a café and take in the view of the ocean. Portmeirion, an Italian-style village nearby, and Criccieth, a town, are both well worth a visit.

It was very welcoming and we felt right at home. It has been lovingly renovated with great attention to detail, the decor was very well thought out and everywhere was spotless. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, the bed was really comfy and was nice to have a decent TV, with netflix etc. I noticed that other people have complained about parking, but have to say we had no problem. Tremadog is a lovely little village and it's only a short walk through woodland to Porthmadog. We hope to visit again and would highly recommend.

Great location to visit this lovely area. Cottage is immaculately presented and offers nearly everything you need. Beds âï¸ Showersâï¸ Internal space âï¸ Loft rooms âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ (big hit with my 5 year old) Location âï¸ Cooking cleaning facilities âï¸ 2 pubs in the village 1 doesn't open till 5pm. Both are quite expensive for food and similarly prices. The golden fleece was newly refurbished and offered a large selection of drinks but we preferred the typical old world pub, The union inn as the atmosphere was relaxed and really friendly. Only 2 things let this property down - The free for all parking outside is shambolic. The neighbours on both sides have 2 cars each which should normally leave enough space for 1 car but the business opposite insisted on parking their van right outside the front door, whichever we had to park down the street for 4 out of 5 days - I spoke to the guys in the business and they just laughed. The rear room and outside space - once the door is open, the room stinks of damp and is full of spiders. My daughters would not go through to the 'yard' and even my dog needed bribing. The outside space is not suitable to even sit in as the lower part is that covered it feels like a cave and getting to the upper part is dangerous (if any rain or moisture in the air) - I made it up but no one else fancied tackling the steep and loose rock steps. If it weren't to the 2 above points, it would be near perfect. We visited most of the towns along the coast spanning 100 miles and we could've seen more if we had more time. The copper mines at Sygun where great and the walks close by meant it was a full day Our favourite place was Beddgelert. Great walks, Super handmade gift shops. Lovely river. Scenic walks and a fantastic pub (Prince Lewellyn) - could not recommend this village highly enough.
