  A very unique property for a perfect family getaway.

  Very spacious and the open plan layout downstairs was brilliant for allowing interaction amongst each other. The underfloor heating was an added bonus and the games tables kept the children and adults entertained for hours on end. Plenty of seating areas all throughout and ample space in the well designed kitchen. Two very spacious bedrooms and a nice cosy third. Spacious bathroom with fantastic shower. Located in an easy to get to spot with enough off road parking. The property is very well maintained and beautifully renovated We had a fantastic time with 6 of our children and we would definitely stay here again in the future

  Great place for an enjoyable vacation.

  Property is very difficult to access by car and at first we were unable to get onto drive and had to park 400 yards away in a free overnight car park. We found that turning right just before the T junction we were able to get on the narrow property driveway. The log fire was wonderful but heating only came on first thing and not again during the day so it will be very cold in the bedrooms during the winter months. Maureen and Paul from Telford

  This is a spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet property.

  It is very well equipped and maintained and also benefits from pleasant outdoor seating if weather permits. The local roads are narrow but in September we didn't find this a problem. It was good to be able to walk down to the coast and join the coastal footpath. The instructions re waste disposal and recycling were rather confusing, and in fact there was no waste collection on the day it was expected. Otherwise it was all excellent.

  Pant is a wonderful property, traditional construction but with generous space in all rooms.

  Situated a mile from Llangrannog beach it's an easy pleasant walk. It's a quiet location with little traffic, a well kept garden with outdoor seating if you don't fancy the beach or you pop back for lunch. All the amenities of home are provided including board games, a selection of books, TV and of course WiFi. Can't recommend the whole package more, what a great get away for large families or groups.

  What a beautiful place!

  Had the most relaxing and lovely time here. The house was kept cosy and the hot water in abundant supply. The spot is perfect for the beach and exploring the local area.. All aspects were very comfortable.. Will definitely return. The stuff holidays with children are made of. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
