Enter from the enclosed garden and straight into the open-plan ground floor. Enjoy quiet, relaxing evenings in front of the TV, snuggled into one of the comfortable sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catered break, allowing any budding chefs of the group to treat everyone to a lovely meal. Dine together at the table which will comfortably seat 6, perfect for a celebratory meal or some evening games. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer and a separate ground-floor shower room. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms: 2 king-size (1 with an en-suite shower room) and a twin room. Also upstairs is the third bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The enclosed, private patio is accessed through doors from the lounge. Enjoy a meal and drinks alfresco on the garden furniture or plan the next day’s activities from the fantastic hot tub.
