The property has a woodburning stove and benefits from underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. * Size: Sleeps up to 8, 3 bedrooms, 1 games room with sofa bed (small double)* Nearest pub: 2 miles* Nearest amenities:  7 miles.* Pets: Two dogs welcome, must be supervised in the gardens at all times.* Short breaks: Available at this property.* Smoking: Not allowed at this property.* Rooms: 3 bedrooms, Games room/bedroom 4, 2 en suite, 2 house bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen/diner, utility room.* Beds: 2 double, 2 singles, 1 sofa bed (small double)* Luxuries: Flat screen TV with Freeview and media box, DVD, underfloor heating, games room, Spa bath. * General: Oil central heating, wood burning stove.* Utilities: Electric AGA, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher* Standard: Iron, ironing board, toaster* Other: Bed linen and towels are provided.     What a fabulous cottage to relax in . Quiet location. Car required to get to Hawes or Sedburgh for closest shops. Owners have left many details of walks and places to visit. Carlisle to Settle railway from Garsdale Station just a five minute drive away
