There was loads of room in the open plan layout downstairs, and two very good sized double bedrooms, with a 2nd lounge or snug on the top floor, i would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would stay there again if i was going back to the area again.

The property is tastefully decorated, clean, warm and well equipped. We appreciated the basket full of kindling and logs for the open fire; nice touch. I'd recommend the property and hope to stay again soon.

Helen & Mark were lovely, checking to make sure we were ok & settled & available to help if we needed anything. The cottage is close to the canal so perfect for walks locally. It is also well placed for visits to the surrounding area where there are many small market towns and villages. Thank you Helen & Mark for a great stay.
