The property has 2 WOW! factors; an 18-seat cinema in the cellar with authentic fold down seats and a 75 inch Smart TV. Simply login to your Netflix or Prime video account and go to the cinema in the comfort and privacy of your own holiday home. In the rear garden there is a 7-seat hot tub in its own building, perfect for a wind down after a walk and perhaps even a cheeky glass of Prosecco.

The dining room is a great place to host a special dinner for your group. The oak table seats up to 20. We can put you in touch with catering companies if you want to add a little more sparkle to the occasion.

Bannerrigg’s lounge has huge Chesterfield sofa’s where your whole can group can cosy up together around an open fire. The room also equipped with a large Smart TV.

The walk to the top of Orrest Head is a must while you’re staying. It takes 20miunutes from Bannerriggs doorway to the summit. The reward at the top is one of the finest views in the Lake District, a view which change the life of the famous Lake District author Alfred Wainwright.
