Guests say

Bruno's Bothy is highly praised for its comfort, cosy atmosphere, and excellent location for exploring Northumberland's Heritage Coast. Guests appreciate the well-equipped cottage, its suitability for dogs, and the helpful communication from the owner. The secure garden and ample parking are also noted advantages. While most found it clean and comfortable, a mention of cobwebs and pet hair suggests room for improvement in cleanliness.

The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness. However, one review mentioned cobwebs and dog hairs, indicating occasional oversights in cleaning. This suggests that while the overall standard is high, there is scope for more thorough attention to detail.

The location is consistently lauded for its proximity to beaches, villages, and local amenities like a Co-Op and fish & chip shop. Its position is ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions, making it a standout feature of the property.

Guests find the cottage comfortable and cosy, with comfortable furniture and beds. The availability of wood for the fire and the property's dog-friendliness contribute to a homely and welcoming atmosphere.

The cottage is well-equipped with necessary kitchen equipment, and guests appreciate the ample parking and private garden. The mention of a secure garden for dogs and the provision of wood for the fire suggest good maintenance and facilities.

While guests mention great tips from the owner and clear communication, there are no specific references to gifts or special thoughtful touches that would fall under this category. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

It’s in a great location to explore Northumberland. The beach is only a 10-15 drive away. Secure garden for our dogs, ample parking and we were very comfortable. We look forward to returning in the future

The information sent out in advance and the communication from the owner was very clear and helpful and enhanced our stay. The location and the cottage were both great, it met all of our requirements. We would definitely recommend and would look to stay there again.
