The door handle fell off when closing the door. Both sofas need replacing, We struggled to get out of them. The boiler needed resetting every time it was in use We couldn't get the oven to heat up Glasses ,cups, plates and cutlery had to be washed before use. The main bedroom carpet was badly stained.

The cottage is very dated with a ripped sofa with a throw over it, the furniture needs updating, the garden furniture is unusable, it's very rusty and not fit for purpose, the shower runs hot and cold when taking a shower, the outside picture is very deceiving it looks like it is on a road but you can't get anywhere near it with a car, and have to carry everything from the side of the church, the ship is closed even tho it is advertised as being open, on the plus side marske by the sea is a lovely little village and the people are very friendly
