privacy has been given a lot of thought. The living area was well thought out with lovely views through the huge windows. Our dog also made himself very at home. The decking was slippery when wet for the dog but thatâs only to be expected. It caused him no problems. Pretty clean and spacious. the hot tub was checked and maintained every day. Weâd be happy to stay again if we didnât live so far away.

8 has been amazing. Comfortable, clean and exactly what was described. The views were amazing over the fields either sat having breakfast or when sat in the hot tub. The beautiful thing about the Southern Halt site is that each lodge is completely private. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and if we needed to speak to them they always followed up with a phone call. I would recommend this property to a family or friends wishing to holiday in Cornwall. The only disappointment was the weather but then we are never guaranteed that!!!

Very, very clean and the lodge had everything we needed. Views were amazing. Its in a good spot to local amenities too. We will be back hopefully next year. Loved this place.
