Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Bus stop right outside making visits to watergate bay, mawnan porth and padstow very easy. Didnât use the car all week. Beautiful walk into Newquay along the beach most of the way at low tide. Couldnât recommend this apartment enough. Hoping to return

The location is fantastic. Directly opposite Whipsiderry beach (which was sadly inaccessible during our stay, due to rock falls) and within easy walking distance to Porth and Watergate Bay. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, (the only thing missing for me was a cafetière). The beds were really comfy and it was quiet. The little balcony was perfect for sitting out and enjoying the sea view. I would recommend 28 Zenith and would love to return.

We had a lovely coastal walk to Watergate Bay from the apartment. The parking was convenient and all communication was very good.
