This delightful cottage has been totally refurbished and nestles amongst a terrace of fishermen's cottages just a short level walk from picturesque Polperro harbour. It has a good sized lounge with real fire and exposed beams, two spacious bedrooms and a sunny roof terrace which provides a great place to relax. Lovely views overlook the village and a few steps from the door and you are in the thick of things.

This delightful cottage nestles amongst a terrace of fishermen's cottages, just a 2 minute level walk from the picturesque Polperro harbour.  It has a good sized lounge with a real fire and exposed beams, two spacious bedrooms one en-suite and a sunny decked roof terrace, which provides a great place to relax and take in the lovely views overlooking the village.  A few steps from the door, you are in the thick of things, with plenty of traditional pubs, restaurants and interesting shops plus the tidal beach and harbour to keep you entertained. The South West Coastal Path is easily accessible and treats the visitor to some breathtaking seascapes. Morvena also welcomes dogs and has an allocated parking space.

Please Note: Stairs to roof garden are fairly steep and access door is narrow. The elderly and infirm may find it difficult.
