A quirky bathroom with a free-standing bath completes the cottage’s interior. The outside space offers a charming courtyard and patio for guests to enjoy morning cuppas in the sun or al fresco dinners under the stars.

Mr Tate
Quite a Tardis of a cottage. All rooms ( save for the kitchen which was practicable) were very large and characterful. The sweeping staircase up to the spacious landing was stylish and dramatic. The wood doors and exposed beams were lovely. We were surprised how warm the cottage was and did not even open the bag of logs we bought. The allocated parking space was nearby but was very tight to navigate. Easy access to nearby Burrows ( sandy dunes ) and Saunton beach which were both excellent .
Mr Grogan
A comfortable cottage in a great location.
Mrs Brophy
A lovely spacious cottage in an excellent position. Very comfortable beds and lovely soft bed linen. Very useful Hive thermostat as the house was really cold when we arrived. Excellent parking for one car. Easy walking to some excellent restaurants and good shops. Be aware, care should be taken when using the stairs in the cottage, particularly if a guest has any mobility problem and there are a number of steps into rooms upstairs. The outside area which is pleasantly sunny is small and not sufficient seating for 6 persons. Paving uneven. Note that though there are two bathrooms there is only one shower.
