Guests say

Guests have praised the holiday rental for its cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches such as welcome hampers. The property boasts lovely views and is well-situated for exploring the local area. While most reviews are positive, a few guests noted issues with space for larger groups and some minor maintenance needs.

The majority of guests found the chalet to be exceptionally clean, with several reviews highlighting its spotless condition. One review mentioned a need for a deep clean, but this appears to be an isolated opinion.

The location is frequently described as convenient and ideal for visiting local attractions, with beautiful views and a peaceful setting. One review mentioned a view of a parking lot, but this seems to be a minor concern.

Comfort is consistently praised, with guests mentioning comfortable beds, well-furnished spaces, and a cosy atmosphere. There was a single complaint about bed sheet size, but overall, the chalet is considered very comfortable.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the chalet being described as well-equipped. However, some guests noted the absence of items such as a washing machine and sufficient kitchenware for larger groups, which suggests room for improvement.

The thoughtfulness of the hosts is frequently mentioned, with many guests delighted by the welcome packs. It should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, are a courtesy and not guaranteed with every stay.

The owner is lovely, fixing a miner maintenance problem very quickly. I would definitely go back to the same place again if in the area. Thank you for having us.

Shower area okay but needs new grouting. The plastic shower mat was filthy. Cupboard in lounge looked like it had been wiped with a dirty cloth. Leather sofa was comfy but area between the 2 seats was dirty. Outside of chalet was also dirty and rusted railing and garden furniture needed painting.
