This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom family apartment is perfect for a unique waterfront getaway with picturesque views across the Dart and rolling hills of South Devon. There is an open plan kitchen/diner/living area with floor to ceiling patio doors that open on to the terrace; A perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine underneath the stars overlooking the Dart. A short stroll away in Dartmouth you will find an exquisite mix of restaurants, shops and cafe's.

Beds: 1 Kingsize (5'), 2 Singles beds (2'6") that can be linked together to make a king (5'). If you'd like the twin beds linked please order this in advance when placing your booking.

Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Notes: Please be aware this property is situated on the riverfront, please do not leave your children unattended on the terrace and the property is located down 96 steps from the roadside. The terrace backs directly onto the river, it is a low wall and extra care must be taken. Guests to provide their own logs for fire.

The view and location is truly outstanding and will be forever etched in our memory for years to come. We absolutely loved it and well worth the climb up and down the steps to the apartment to sit on the terrace and watch the world go by on the water. We are well travelled but never had a view as good as this one. Highly recommended!
