Guests say

November Cottage in Dartmouth, Devon, is praised for its comfort, beautiful furnishings, and quiet, picturesque location. Guests appreciate the cosy atmosphere and the convenience of a parking space. The village of Dittisham and nearby Dartmouth offer charming explorations and dining experiences.

The cottage generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, though some guests noted issues with dog hair and a marked carpet. A thorough vacuum before arrival is suggested to enhance the experience.

The location is highly praised for its tranquillity and beauty. Dittisham is a lovely village, and the cottage's proximity to Dartmouth and other attractions is a significant plus.

Guests find the cottage cosy and the beds comfortable, though some find the beds a bit on the hard side. The living spaces are well-regarded for their comfort.

Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. However, maintenance issues like an unsteady dining table and an overgrown courtyard were mentioned. The vacuum cleaner also needs to be charged before use.

While guests have suggested that small touches like fresh milk or a guide to recycling would be appreciated, there is not enough information to assess the overall thoughtfulness of the hosts, and no specific gifts are mentioned.

Close to Dartmouth and Bigbury on Sea (Burgh Island) is just a short drive away, Greenway is a short trip over the river and the Ferry Boat Inn down on the quay is the perfect place to spend an afternoon We had a great week

It's clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Dittisham is a pretty village with little lanes to explore. Pizzas at the Ferry Boat Inn are well worth trying! Lots of shorter walks in the area and it's a beautiful walk to Dartmouth (little ferry to Greenway to set off)

We love its location as it is so quiet. The cottage suits the two of us because it is simply furnished and generally clean. I have said before however that it is a pity dogs are allowed. The carpet is marked with footprints and there was a lot of hair which hadn’t been cleaned away on our last visit.
