3 Bonaventure Close is a charming, four-bedroom holiday home in the seaside town of Salcombe, Devon, with views looking out across open countryside towards Dartmoor. With off-road parking for one car, an enclosed multi-level garden, and a terrific collection of tastefully-appointed living spaces, this delightful house welcomes families and friends seeking a refreshing, fuss-free getaway within the brilliant South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Entering 3 Bonaventure Close, find a well-presented, open-plan living space, brimming with elegant, contemporary charm. The fully-equipped kitchen houses all the appliances needed to whip up tasty, home-cooked dinners. Enjoy meals as a group around the dining table, or head outside into the sheltered rear garden to alfresco meals cooked on the gas barbecue! In the evenings, relax in the sitting space, complete with very comfortable armchairs and a sofa where you can all enjoy a film or two on the sleek Smart TV. Both bath and shower rooms offer well appointed facilities whilst the four inviting bedrooms include a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a second TV. Set out on foot to explore the very best of Salcombe and beyond. A brief walk up the hill will bring you to your nearest SPAR convenience shop where you can stock up on essentials, whilst the family friendly pubs of the Victoria Inn, The Ferry Inn and the Fortescue Inn can all be found within a short walk down into town. Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
