Wifi, central heating and electricity costs are included in the price of the accommodation. Towels and bed linen is provided.
For the wood-burner in the kitchen, an initial basket of logs and kindling are supplied for your arrival. Additional logs and kindling, can be bought in the village from the Hardware or the village shops.

Beautiful house in the middle of porlock. Large enough for 6 adults. Comfortable beds. Ideal location for visiting Devon and Somerset. Lovely private garden . Excellent butcher next door Would highly recommend.

Great central location which we have stayed at before and am sure we will do so again . A lovely house , well equipped but it’s a bit awkward with toilets and bathrooms and very steep stairs to 3rd floor bedrooms . We took our own garden chairs and bbq so that we had a bit more comfort . They real.... Great central location which we have stayed at before and am sure we will do so again . They really need to make the downstairs kitchen more user friendly with a TV and extra armchair as we have pooches and this is where we sit in the evening .
