This gorgeous home-from-home feels warm and welcoming as soon as you enter. The ground floor comprises of a modern kitchen, a dining room with seating for four around a Scandinavian style wooden table, a sitting area with cosy wood burning stove, Smart television, and french doors leading directly to the sun-trap front garden. Upstairs, two king-size bedrooms are presented, with one offering the option of being split into twin single beds if preferred, and a family bathroom. There is a larger fully enclosed rear garden with seating surrounded by mature trees; perfect for basking in the sun and enjoying some tranquillity.
The cottage is located on the edge of an affluent, historic village providing easy access to local shops, a great riverside pub and wonderful walks along the River Stour and the beautiful rolling countryside that inspired John Constable.

Was a bit worried the house wouldn’t be big enough for four adults. But was pleasantly surprised when walking through the door. What a great find. Second bedroom a tad small but perfect for a couple of nights. My wife and our guests all loved it here and will be back I’m sure.
