The Old Farmhouse in Shropshire is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its spaciousness, beautiful garden, and private hot tub. Guests appreciate the property's suitability for large groups, including families and pets. The welcoming touches, such as a homemade cake, are noted fondly, contributing to the property's charm. While some minor maintenance issues are mentioned, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found The Old Farmhouse to be clean and well-presented upon arrival, with only a few isolated comments about cobwebs and a dining room smell. The daily cleaning and topping up of the hot tub were appreciated, indicating a high standard of cleanliness overall.

The property's remote and peaceful location is appreciated for its tranquility and beautiful countryside views. However, some guests found the remoteness less convenient for accessing local amenities and pubs, which affected their overall experience.

Guests generally found The Old Farmhouse comfortable, with special mentions of the comfy beds and spacious living areas. Some guests noted issues with seating comfort and bedroom layouts, but these were not widespread concerns.

The facilities, including the hot tub, garden, and games room, were highlights for many guests. However, there were several comments about maintenance issues such as broken furniture, insufficient kitchen equipment, and the need for better Wi-Fi coverage, which suggests room for improvement.

Guests frequently mentioned thoughtful gestures such as a welcome cake and wine, which contributed positively to their experience. While these gifts were highly appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches, although common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

The only problem was the toilet seat in the outside studio bedroom was very loose. Other than that everything was spot on and absolutely loved property and the garden. Communication was good with all necessary information regarding the property and its location.

The house is well away from town so it's not easy to just pop out for something. The television signal is affected by the trees/ weather but not a big problem. Great management team who are very helpful.

Relaxing setting and great social spaces in the barn. Hot tub and garden were fabulous added extras to the property, making for a very enjoyable stay.
