.staff are absolutely fantastic. We had a problem with the TV . Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Lovely cottage, all kitchen equipment you could want. Plenty of plates, cutlery etc. wine glasses could be bigger.

Jackie, the housekeeper was a great help with any minor problems, giving advice on local services when of the guests had problems with a flat tyre, also providing kindling for the barbecue- she is a great credit to your company

The additional thought to the little things was really nice - the barbecue kit, the dog towels and treats etc. Nice touch with the welcome cake and wine. The visitor information was clear and informative. The maintenance and care available during our stay were excellent and the staff were happy and friendly. If anything, the beds (mattresses) were a little tired and the pillows weren't good - nice pillows would have made a difference. However, we loved our stay and would love to come again. Thank you :-)
