Guests say

Dobbies Den is a cosy and well-presented cottage in Bewdley, appreciated for its comfortable beds, clean rooms, and secure garden. Guests enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack and found the property to be warm and well-equipped, despite some noting issues with maintenance and noise from the busy road.

Most guests found Dobbies Den clean and tidy, with spotless rooms and comfortable beds. However, a few guests mentioned cleanliness issues such as dirty cutlery drawers and cobwebs, suggesting room for improvement.

The cottage's location is praised for its proximity to Bewdley town centre and local attractions. While the convenience is a plus, some guests found the busy road and nearby construction to be noisy, slightly detracting from the overall experience.

Guests consistently mentioned the comfort of the beds and the cosy atmosphere of the cottage. However, concerns were raised about the steep stairs and the cold bathroom, suggesting that while the bedrooms offer comfort, other areas could be improved.

The cottage is well-equipped with a secure garden and off-street parking. Guests appreciated the well-furnished kitchen and the garden's suitability for dogs. However, issues with TV reception, a cold bathroom, and difficulty with the front door indicate that some facilities require attention.

The welcome pack with bread, butter, and dog treats was frequently mentioned and highly appreciated by guests, indicating a high level of thoughtfulness. It should be noted that such gifts, while enjoyed by previous guests, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Walks from door. Cottage clean and extremely comfortable beds and cosy living room. Nice quality linens and towels. Bathroom very cold only small towel rail, and wall permanently has condensation on it.Tv stopped on 2nd night, contacted Todd the owner who tried his best on the night but sorted it out for us the following day. Good off road parking. Nice walk to Bewdley and along river, also nice walk around perimeter of Safari park and bk to Bewdley. Excellent riverside cafe serving the best and tastiest Old English all day breakfast at very good price.

Our stay at Dobbies was truly wonderful, such a comfy and pleasant little cottage. The king size beds and bedding was extremely comfortable and i could smell fresh linen upon entering the bedrooms. The road was abit noisy but didn't bother us after the 1st night. Overall a very pleasant experience. Also the hosts left us fresh bread, coffee, milk and butter, so kind. Thank you

We were also concerned that we wanted to turn on the radiator in the lounge because it started to get cold unfortunately as soon as I turned it on it started to leak so had to turn it off again.
