This cottage was formerly a granary adjoining the owner's C16th farmhouse on a working farm about 8 miles from the coast at Aberystwyth.
This converted granary building, adjoining the owners' home, is set on a working farm in peaceful countryside near the village of Llanilar (3 miles), 8 miles south east of Aberystwyth. This first-floor accommodation is approached via na external staircase, with stable door. Many places of interest in the area, including Cors Caron Nature Reserve, Devil's Bridge waterfalls, Vale of Rheidol steam railway, and the pier and beach at Aberystwyth.

We enjoyed our stay but we were somewhat roughing it. I would definitely not recommend smaller bedroom for adults due to sloping ceiling. Owner and family very friendly and welcoming.

Comfortable and a great location. Is the flat upstairs, not the whole property and only bathroom for the property is the en suite. Loved bottle feeding the lambs, was a real bonus.
