The Downtown - Manhattan House, is a wonderful ground-floor apartment, resting in the vibrant seaside town of Llandudno in North Wales. With an open-plan layout style comprising a stylish kitchen with sleek units, breakfast bar and cosy sitting area, this superb holiday apartment is perfect for the ‘on-the-go’ couple looking for adventure, or, the small family seeking quality time to ‘hang-out’ together, in an amazing part of Wales. The open-plan living space is well-fitted to cater to your culinary needs, with a kitchen space encouraging our guests to cook up a storm, then dine at the breakfast bar with a glass of fizz, before heading to the relaxed sitting area. For extra flexibility, the armchair converts to a sofa-bed, should you wish to bring an extra guest. The contemporary bathrooms boast a high-quality finish, and to add to it all, the master bedroom offers double French doors leading to a small patio area. The Downtown really is a fabulous getaway, and a real opportunity not to be overlooked. Note: Property can be booked with Refs. 1149461 and 1149464 together they sleep 10 guests plus sofa beds.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!

    It was a beautiful apartment, very clean and decorated to high standard, it had everything you could want , comfortable beds , up to date furniture and the owner kindly left us a welcome pack . It is Dog friendly. It is central to everything close to bars,restaurants, shops and the beach . We would highly recommend it if you are looking for a break away . I have to say it is one of the best apartment/ cottage we have ever stayed in in Llandudno and we have stayed in plenty . We will definitely be going back . Thank you

    Very clean and well organised. Lovely apartment well decorated and was very comfortable. Richard the owner left us a welcome pack which was very welcome as it meant we could have brew as soon as we arrived. Richard also checked everything was okay with a phone call which is nice. Would highly recommend this property you are just two minutes walk of promenade pier and shops. Will definitely go again.

    The only issue we had was the mattress had a bad first night so i phoned Richard the owner and he promptly supplied us with mattress toppers then all was fine, would highly recommend this property and it was right in the town we would definitely return thanks Lynne Paul and Richard from Blackpool
