This large dwelling has been designed to cater for large groups of friends and families of multi-generations and is ideally positioned for those seeking to explore all that this corner of North Wales has to offer, with both coast and countryside awaiting to be explored. After soaking up the countryside setting, step into the hub of the home, the open-plan living room offering a large space for the whole family to gather together to unwind after a beach day or a hike upon the Snowdonia Mountain Range. The chef of the group will be delighted by the sleek kitchen that awaits them boasting quality appliances to assist you in your self-catering needs, in addition to a contemporary island unit to allow the kitchen to be a sociable space as you enjoy a glass of something chilled as dinner simmers on the hob. More formal moments can be enjoyed at the dining table with all of your loved ones amidst before moving into the sitting room to relax into your evening. The sitting room is full of character and charm with the exposed beams, exposed brick wall and a roaring woodburning stove framing the plush seating arrangement. Here, you are spoilt for choice by the sleeping accommodation that awaits you, with eight elegantly-appointed bedrooms awaiting you as the evening draws to a close. On the ground floor you will find five double bedrooms and a king-size double bedroom, whilst on the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, each designed to offer a flexible sleeping arrangement and a refreshing ambiance to wake up to each morning. Continuing to impress is the enclosed garden area, where table and chairs offer an alternative dining opportunity whilst you keep warm by the fire pit before you dip into the hot tub for a spot of star gazing one balmy evening. For your local amenities, head to Trelawynd where you will find two pubs serving food, as well as a shop for picking up any treats you fancy. To keep you busy whilst here, head to the glorious coastline where you will find a number of beaches including Prestatyn and Talacre. Travelling further along the coast you will bring you to Llandudno and Conwy, each historical towns boasting a wonderful Welsh charm. Alternatively, head to the Snowdonia National Park to find a number of outdoor additivities or head to the city of Chester for a spot of shopping. Arosfa is an outstanding base for your next family holiday to Wales.

The small village of Trelawnyd is situated close to the North Wales coastline, just 4 miles away from Prestatyn and 25 miles away from Chester. Within the village itself you will find two pubs serving food, as well as a shop for picking up the essentials. Within the surrounding area you will find a number of walks including Gop Hill, the North Wales Pilgrim’s Way, Offa’s Dyke, the Clwydian Way and Allt Y Craig, each boasting breath-taking views.

    Would have preferred to be asked about wanting Halloween decoration as we were gathering for a different celebration The hover could have done with emptying beforehand Sofas low for elderly But great stay nonetheless this is only being picky not much to fault

    All the indoor and outdoor facilities you could realistically want as a multi-generational family and the house itself is ideally located to explore the North Wales coast. Would definitely consider going again.

    The property has ample rooms and space for everyone to sit and chill out. The hot tub is a great bonus and loved by everyone.The house has lovely views to the sea from the front. It’s in a lovely rural area, so peaceful and quiet. The owners are very quick to help out with anything if needed.
