Burnt Oak Stables is highly praised for its beautiful, peaceful setting and well-equipped, comfortable accommodations. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, including a homemade cake on arrival, and find the property to be a great base for exploring North Wales. The secure garden is a hit with dog owners, and the hosts are commended for their friendliness and helpfulness.
The majority of guests find the property spotless and well-presented. One mention of a dog smell and sofa throws needing a wash slightly impacts the score.
The location is appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to local attractions and amenities. Some concerns about the narrow access road and gate management are noted.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, with a modern bathroom and kitchen, and a secure garden for pets. A few comments about bed accessibility and floor creakiness are taken into account.
While the property is generally well-equipped, there are mixed reviews about the facilities. Some guests mention a lack of certain kitchen items, a wobbly table, and issues with the shower screen and bed. As the reviews do not provide a consistent view of the facilities' condition, a definitive score cannot be given.
Guests frequently mention the thoughtful gestures, such as a homemade cake and provisions for pets. It is noted that such personal touches greatly enhance the experience, although they may vary and are not guaranteed.

The safe garden was enjoyed by our dog. Cottage was warm, comfortable and well equipped. Great place to explore the area, we particularly enjoyed Loggerheads country park.

Close to shops and easy access to major roads. Parking was a little difficult as owners had a motor home parked up close to the property but as long as passenger in our car directed driver it was managable. It was important to always have two people in hand when entering and exciting as gate needs to be kept closed and the road is narrow and close to blind corners. Plenty of easy access walks near by and very dog friendly. Inside the rental there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay and owners on hand if needed.
