Guests consistently praise the holiday rental for its welcoming hosts, excellent facilities including a games room and swimming pool, and the added charm of being on a working farm. The property is well-regarded for its cleanliness, comfort, and the opportunity to interact with animals, making it ideal for families and couples alike. The location in North Wales & Snowdonia is appreciated for its beauty and convenience.
The majority of reviews highlight the property as clean and well-maintained. One mention of a stain on a mattress upon departure suggests a minor oversight rather than a common issue.
The property's location is frequently described as beautiful and convenient for exploring the local area, with proximity to beaches and shops in Pwllheli. No negative comments about the location were noted.
Many guests found the property comfortable and cosy, with good quality furniture. A few guests mentioned issues with bed comfort and accessibility due to stairs, which slightly affects the score.
Reviews are overwhelmingly positive about the on-site facilities, including a games room, swimming pool, and farm activities. There are a couple of mentions of maintenance issues, such as hot water temperature and a shower setup, but these are few.
While the hosts are frequently mentioned as welcoming and accommodating, there are no specific references to gifts or special touches that would fall under 'thoughtfulness'. Therefore, this score is set to null.

My problem upstairs was bending over to avoid bumping my head on a slanting ceiling. The double bed wasn't big enough for two,so I used a single bed in a second bedroom. The property was spotlessly clean but a car is required to get out and about.proprietors are very amiable

Get to feed animals with farmer daily. Kids spent hours playing pool and table tennis. Free weekly BBQ would highly recommend.
