Guests say

Peniarth Ganol is a well-loved cottage praised for its beautiful, peaceful location and well-equipped facilities. Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings, stunning views, and the thoughtful touches that make stays enjoyable. The property's cleanliness and maintenance are highly regarded, with many guests planning return visits. The rural charm, complete with farmyard sounds and proximity to nature, adds to the authentic experience, although access through a farm gate is noted.

The property is consistently described as clean and well-prepared for guests. There is a single mention of damp bedding, but this appears to be an isolated incident not reflective of the overall high standards maintained.

The location is celebrated for its stunning views and tranquillity, with direct access to walks and proximity to local attractions. Some guests mention difficulty finding the property in the dark and the mucky gate area, but these are minor compared to the overall appreciation for the setting.

Guests find the property extremely comfortable, with special mentions of the quality of the beds and the cosiness provided by features like the log burner. The comfort of the sofas and the peacefulness of the bedrooms contribute to the high comfort level experienced by visitors.

The facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen, utility room, and bathrooms. However, there are comments about the lack of a shower holder in one bathroom and the need for better lighting at the entrance. The presence of a dishwasher and washing machine is appreciated.

While guests express gratitude for the thoughtful touches and the provision of items such as dog treats and a welcome pack, there is insufficient information to determine if gifts are a regular occurrence. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that such extras will be provided for every stay.

It’s incredibly quiet and peaceful, with stunning views of Bird Rock right from the property. Despite feeling secluded, it’s just a short drive to Tywyn, where you can find all the essentials. There are also some great pubs serving food and fantastic places to visit even closer by. The cottage is by far the most well-equipped we’ve ever stayed in—you could easily cook a full Christmas dinner here! It’s the only place we’ve visited that even has pint glasses, much to my husband’s delight. The king-size bed is exceptionally comfortable as well. We loved it so much we’ve already booked again for next year!

Extremely well equipped, ideally placed to visit places of interest but able to return to an extremely peaceful location on the farm.
