The adjoining village of Seaton is also within walking distance where you will find further eateries and a countryside park.

This property also offers low occupancy discounts in Low and Mid season for small parties!

Accommodation: Entrance to hallway on first floor. Bedroom 2 with 5’ king size bed. Bedroom 3 with 3’ twin beds and Juliet balcony. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash basin. Stairs to Ground Floor. Modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, counter top freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Lounge with leather sofas and smart TV with Netflix, French doors leading to Conservatory which is the bright dining area and seats six guests. Doors to enclosed garden. Second floor: Master bedroom with 5’ king size bed, balcony with bistro table & chairs, hanging rail, chest of drawers and dressing table. Leading to En-suite shower room with WC and wash basin.

Outside: Enclosed single and decked garden with furniture.

Parking: Driveway for one car directly in front of property. Street parking also available.
