Front door opens into hallway.  Cosy bay window lounge, which boasts views overlooking the Dart Valley, with sofa, two armchairs, TV, DVD and feature fireplace with lovely flame effect gas fire.  Kitchen dining room.  Modern well equipped kitchen with gas cooker with 4 rings, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and breakfast bar area.  Dining area with dome skylight above and table to seat six, sofa, TV and sliding patio doors to the rear of the property.  Utility room with washing machine.  Cloakroom with WC and sink.  First floor: Bedroom 1 with views to the front of the property, double bed, ornamental period fireplace and wardrobe.  Bedroom 2 with two 3ft single beds, TV and wardrobe.  Family bathroom with bath and thermostatic shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.  Second floor: Bedroom 3 with two 3ft single beds, TV, chest of drawers and velux window.

Outside:

Private enclosed five tiered rear garden which affords fabulous views over the Dart Valley from the top level.  Paved lower tier with bench, garden table and chairs.  The next two tiers benefit from astro turf surfacing and the top two tiers are graveled.  The garden is entered directly opposite the back door but via a pathway which goes along the rear of the property giving access to the other cottages in the terrace.
