Gullsway Upper is a family first floor apartment located in the wonderful town of Dartmouth in Devon. Gullsways is a waterfront property situated down 96 steps to the river from the road, this property is a great property for every occasion with the special factor of being on the riverfront. Sit on the balcony and watch the world pass you by whilst enjoying a relaxing holiday all of your own. This property towards the front has an open place living/kitchen/diner area with access to the balcony, to the rear of the property you'll find both bedrooms, the family bathroom and cloakroom. Gullsway Upper is less than a 5 minute walk from the town centre, you'll find it easy to spend some of that holiday money in the independent shops, cafes and restaurants. 

Size: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms

Beds: 1 Kingsize (5'), 2 Singles beds (3') that can be linked together to make a super king (6'). If you'd like the twin beds linked please order this in advance when placing your booking. 

Rooms: Open plan kitchen/living/diner, two bedrooms, family bathroom and separate w.c.

Kitchen and Utilities: Electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and free standing freezer, microwave. 

Entertainment: 42" TV with Basic Sky Package, DVD Player, Radio/CD player. 

Outside: Balcony with outside furniture.

Parking: Car park permit is provided with this property, please be aware this doesn't guarantee you a space in Mayor's Avenue Car Park. The car park is located in the centre of town roughly 10 minutes walk from the property. 

General: WiFi Provided. Please bring your own beach towels. No Smoking. Linen and towels provided. 

Pets: Maximum of 2 pets accepted.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes: Please be aware this property is situated on the riverfront, please do not leave your children unattended on the balcony and the property is located down 96 steps from the roadside.

    Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Only downside were the steps to and from the apartment but worth it once you get into the apartment
