Very well laid out and appointed in an amazing location. The slight drawback was little ‘private’ out door space. Prior to our stay we were told due to the proximity of the two pubs it would be noisy. This was untrue. We would return

Parking was ok ,good walks and plenty to do on a wet day .well appointed kitchen .the potholes in the roads were being repaired when we were there which caused a degree of skill in reversing in the lanes, testing for townies.didnt see the bats plenty of birdsong

The house is very well designed, with the main living room and kitchen on the first floor, with its balcony overlooking (and at times overhanging) the water, making it an ideal spot for watching boats being launched and cars being rescued from the incoming tide. The whole house is very well appointed with all mod cons and is extremely comfortable, and well maintained. As we discovered, however, it is not always possible to leave vehicles on the property, as exceptionally high tides (spring tides combined with high winds) make this a hazardous policy. There is, however, plenty of alternative parking nearby. We also found the local community to be very friendly and welcoming.
