Guests say

The Nook in Tywyn is highly praised for its prime location, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the well-equipped accommodation and thoughtful touches like welcome treats. While some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvements are noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many looking forward to return visits.

Reviews consistently mention that The Nook is very clean, with specific praise for the bathroom and overall tidiness. One review suggests some areas could be freshened up, but this does not detract significantly from the high cleanliness standards experienced by guests.

The location is frequently highlighted as ideal, with its proximity to the beach and town. The ease of access to local amenities and the scenic views contribute to a very high rating in this category.

Comfort is generally well-regarded, with guests finding The Nook cosy and welcoming. However, a few guests mention the beds being too firm or uncomfortable, which slightly lowers the score.

Facilities are considered well-equipped and adequate for a pleasant stay. Some guests suggest the addition of a washer dryer and larger glasses, and there are comments about the hot water temperature and shower pressure, indicating room for improvement.

Guests express gratitude for the thoughtful gestures such as welcome cake, milk, and bread. While these gifts are greatly appreciated, it is important to note that such extras, while delightful, are not guaranteed for every stay.

We also booked for August 25. We absolutely love it and even better that we can take our 2 mini sausage dogs. Can’t wait to come back but we never want to leave

The hot water in the shower no where near hot enough.

Appreciated the extra touches (cake and milk). Only negative comment is that 4.30 is very late for a check-in.
