Amroth is a coastal village in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The village has a selection of pubs serving good food, cafes and shops close to the beach which offers safe swimming. From here, you will be able to enjoy the seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot with unspoiled, sandy beach or take a boat trip Caldey Island. Also nearby, you will find castles, museums, steam railways, zoos and theme parks.

The bedding and towels were lovely quality. The hot tub area is a bonus. The 4 en-suite bathrooms make for a very grown up setting for teenagers. Overall a good base for coastal adventures. We did leave a message for the owner about the gutters and aroma in the little bedroom but opening the window helped. Access at this end of Amroth onto the beach means a climb down over the sea defence rocky bank. Would still highly recommend this lovely house.

Three of the bedrooms were good but the fourth one, a twin had a dreadful damp smell. There was an overpowering smell of air freshener downstairs too. Coffee machine wasnât working and we would have liked information on how to use some of the kitchen equipment. Owner was very prompt on seeing to our concerns in the kitchen though. Had a great holiday, loved the hot tub. Think the property is looking a bit tired though

The main issue we had was the smell of damp (well I think thatâs what the smell was) in the twin room with shared bathroom, the smell was very strong and if it was me I couldnât have slept in there and I felt guilty letting my daughter sleep in there. The whole of the downstairs property felt damp even the sheets on the bed. Outside area was lovely and all inclosed for the dogs but feel it needed a bit of maintenance and a lick of paint in some areas.
